Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund.

Fashion & Design Products

Returnable Items

  • Jewelry and accessories in original condition
  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging
  • All tags and certificates must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons

Health & Wellness Products

Unopened Products

  • Full refund within 30 days if unopened and sealed
  • Must be in original packaging with all labels intact

Opened Products

  • No returns on opened supplements or medications
  • Defective products may be exchanged with proof of defect

Services

Appointment Cancellation

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Service Satisfaction

  • Concerns must be reported within 48 hours
  • We'll work with you to resolve any issues
  • Refunds considered on case-by-case basis

  3. Package Securely: Include all original materials
  4. Ship Back: Use tracking for your protection

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We'll provide prepaid return shipping
